I am a general contractor and have hired Alligator plumbing for multiple projects. From new construction, remodeling and service. We have used Alligator Plumbing for over 9 years. Time and time again we have had great communication, attention to detail, on time. Fredi from Alligator Plumbing was awesome! He was thorough, explained everything to us and answered all questions we had. He installed a new garbage disposal and helped diagnose a clogged toilet and provided options to address the clog. Highly recommend Alligator Plumbing!

Alligator Plumbing did an outstanding job on our sink problem. They came the same day we called. We had a 1/4 inch hole in the two inch galvanized rusty pipe. The wall needed to be cut to complete the job. Fredi Morales was excellent at explaining the job at a reasonable cost. He was clear, concise and double checked that it was fixed. We highly recommend this company.

Over the course of the last year I’ve had a leaking kitchen faucet, a broken garbage disposal, two new shower trim kits, and three sets of bathroom faucets installed all done by Alligator Plumbing. During my guest shower/tub trim kit install it was discovered that I had a hole in an upstairs drain pipe so Mike was awesome and removed a spot in the drywall to repair the hole. I’ve had both Mike and Jason do work and they’re both excellent, capable, knowledgeable, kind, and took care to clean up after themselves and wore shoe protection for my carpet without being asked. Excellent company, would totally recommend.

Another happy customer. I have an upstairs bathtub that was leaking onto the below ceiling. It was one of those problems that might require opening up the ceiling which can get messy. That said, the plumber Fredi, evaluated the situation and noticed the tub spout was slightly separated from the wall which would allow water to enter when taking a shower. Based on his experience, he suggested recaulking the tub spout. However, when attempting to secure the tub spout, he noticed that the set-screw was not securing it to the pipe. Because of this concern, he suggested using a new mail adapter to connect a new tub spout to the pipe which made a very secure connection. Still waiting for the caulking to dry but I'm confident this should fix the leak. If not, I would not hesitate to call Alligator Plumbing again.
